One Week Minimum Stay. No Pets and No Smoking Please.

Reservation and Payment Policies:
Payment may be made by cashier's check or via Paypal in US Dollars, in full prior to arrival.
Upon Check-In: A $300 refundable damage deposit must be paid in cash to the property manager.

Cancellation Policy:
100% Refund If Cancelled 90 Days in Advance.
50% Refund If Cancelled 60 Days in Advance. No Refund After 60 Days in Advance.
100% Refund if property is re-rented for the cancelled period, minus processing fee of $50.00.
